WernerCo has hired a new Training Manager to give specialised training and best practice advice to customers and those working at height.

Stepping into the role, Trevor Rabson brings over 30 years’ construction industry B2B sales and training experience. His remit is to provide a range of on-site training to customers and end users across the industry, including ladder, tower and equipment inspections, advice and best practice while using WernerCo products.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Trevor to the team as our new Training Manager. Expanding our training offering enables us to reach as many customers as possible who are seeking working at height guidance. Safety when working at height is our main priority, which is why we also offer accredited training courses at our facilities. We aim to go that step further to support and provide advice to users across the industry in order to reduce the number of accidents currently seen when working at height,” said Justin White, managing director at WernerCo UK.

While Trevor himself added: “I’m excited to be joining the market leader of ladders and access equipment. I know the importance of educating customers and tradespeople on the safe and proper use of equipment and how vitally important this is when working at height. Many customers seek product advice and work at height knowledge from a reputable company, and our training has received nothing but positive feedback so far.”
