Titan Ladders has initiated a 'Ladder Amnesty' programme, which is designed to improve the working at height safety of domestic and tradespeople, but also to provide a simple solution to dispose of unsafe or unwanted ladders and step ladders.
From September 12th, Titan will be offering customers a 'weigh-to-pay' scheme for new ladders and step ladders bought online, by giving them the opportunity to exchange bent, battered or broken ladders and step ladders for cash - and also to take the old ones away.
Here's how it all works:
1. Shop online at titanladders.co.uk and choose your new ladder or step ladder.
2. Enter the code ‘AMNESTY22’ at the checkout and pay for the goods.
3. Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, a member of the Titan team will get in touch to confirm your participation in the programme. Once agreed, you will be given a timescale for delivery of your new equipment and to make sure your old goods will be available for collection at the same time.
4. Titan's courier will arrive on the selected date to deliver the new equipment. They will then collect your old ladders and weigh the goods onsite, or cross-reference the brand/model against a pre-defined weight register.
5. Once this is complete, customers are offered a fair cash value on the spot.
The new discount code can be redeemed as many times as needed, with no one-time use limits, or limits placed on how much a customer can earn back - indeed, multiple purchases are actively encouraged in order to get as much dodgy and dangerous equipment out of service as quickly as possible.
That sounds like an excellent plan. See www.titanladders.co.uk for further details.
