Power hire specialists, Woodlands Power, has announced a restructure of the business into three divisions - as well as key appointments designed to drive growth across all areas of the company.

As part of its growth strategy for 2026, Woodlands Power has transitioned to a three-division model comprising:

  • Rental
  • Service
  • Projects

The new structure will provide greater focus and operational strength within each pillar of the business, positioning the company for sustained growth and enhanced service delivery.

Woodlands Power has welcomed Donovan Ramage as the company’s new Sales Director. With over 20 years’ experience in the power generation industry, he will lead the sales function across the divisions, supporting the business’s continued growth and strengthening the company’s commitment to delivering reliable power solutions.

Richard Aldridge is heading up this division as Divisional Rental Manager, and is focussed on offering core rental and complimentary services to aid the fleet and geographical expansion plans.

Within the Service Division, Woodlands Power has announced the return of Jon Warwick, who will take up the role of divisional service manager. Jon will be responsible for building the Service Division as a standalone unit, enhancing fleet performance and optimising product and personnel resources.

The newly established Projects Division begins in 2026, with a pipeline of contracts across the data centre and utilities sectors.

To lead this growing division, Pete Hutton has been appointed Divisional Projects Manager. Pete’s experience in capital equipment sales and installation makes him well suited to guide the division through its next phase of expansion.

“With a strengthened leadership team and a focused divisional structure, we’ve entered 2026 with a robust order book and a clear strategy for sustainable growth across the Rental, Service and Project Divisions. We’re looking forward to the year ahead,” concluded Managing Director Keith Price.
