With mere hours left before the doors open to the biggest and best tradeshow in UK plant & tool hire - we refer to the Executive Hire Show, no less! - we thought we'd take a stroll around the main arena and show you how it's all coming along...
It's all going swimmingly, of course, with exhibitors such as Groundhog, Thwaites, Snorkel, Toro and JCB already well ahead in their stand plans. Otherwise, the main hall is an impressive melee of builders, joiners, hand-ballers, technical and admin staff, with hi-vis as far as the eye can see. We find it's best to keep out of their way when the heavier equipment starts to arrive
It all comes to a crescendo when the carpet fitters roll in, laying a pristine floor covering with dazzling speed and accuracy - you wouldn't know that it hadn't been there all along.
