IPAF has been recognised at the Trade Association Forum (TAF) Awards, winning 'Publication of the Year' for its Global Safety Report 2025.

The annual report provides insights into incidents involving MEWPs and other powered access equipment, helping the access industry to understand the causes of accidents and identify measures that can improve safety when working at height.

A key strength of the IPAF Global Safety Report is real-world data collected through IPAF’s Accident Reporting Portal, which allows companies and individuals across the industry to confidentially report powered access incidents. This data enables IPAF to analyse trends, highlight common causes of incidents and provide practical recommendations to improve safety.

“We are incredibly proud to receive the Publication of the Year award for the Global Safety Report,” said IPAF Head of Safety & Technical Brian Parker. “This recognition reflects the collective effort of our members around the world who share incident data through our Accident Reporting Portal. Their contributions allow us to build a clearer picture of the risks faced by those working at height and help the entire industry learn from incidents and improve safety.”

The digital IPAF Global Safety Report 2025 is available to view online and the 2026 report will be published later this year.
