The Executive Hire Show team has taken a new, forward-thinking approach to supporting exhibitors ahead of the 2026 event, which takes place on 11 and 12 February 2026 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. With the Show already over 90% sold, it’s shaping up to be another packed and highly anticipated edition of the UK’s leading plant and tool hire trade event.
Instead of the traditional exhibitor 'Kick-Off' Meeting, planned for Thursday, 6th November 2025, the team is instead introducing personal Teams meetings — a more flexible, eco-friendly and cost-effective way to connect directly with exhibitors.
This new format allows each company to enjoy a dedicated discussion with the Show team at a time that suits them best. Whether it’s your first time exhibiting or you’re a long-standing supporter, these one-to-one sessions are designed to help you make the very most of your participation.
During the meeting, exhibitors can discuss any questions about the Exhibitor Manual, hear the latest updates on the Show, and meet their commercial lead and key team members. It’s also a chance to learn about stand options, registration and smart scanners, and hear more about the National Visitor Campaign and promotional activities. Exhibitors will also be able to find out how to enter their latest products into the Innovation Trail — with entries open until 15 December 2025 — and explore sponsorship and marketing opportunities to boost engagement in the lead-up to the Show.
“This new approach gives us more time to focus on you — our exhibitors — and to provide tailored support that fits around your busy schedules," said Show Director Chris Moore. "I’ll also be out on the road visiting depots and inviting hirers personally to ensure another fantastic visitor turnout for EHS 2026.”
