Boels, ever on the expansion trail, has acquired Illumin8 - a leading UK lighting tower rental specialist.
With customers in construction, events, civil engineering, rail and TV & film, Illumin8 is one of the lighting rental market leaders, with many years’ experience in providing specialist products and services.
Speaking of the recent purchase, Boels UK MD Asif Latief (right) said: “We are very happy to welcome Neil Fenwick and the Illumin8 team to the Boels family. Illumin8 itself was founded in 2015 by the current Managing Director, Neil Fenwick, who has more than 24 years’ experience supplying lighting towers and other products to construction projects and events. After consistently delivering outstanding operational results, the company wanted grow to the next level.
