WernerCo has launched BoSS QuickPod, which is claimed to be the UK’s most compact and lightest low-level mobile podium.
The new podium replaces the original BoSS Pod and has been developed with customer feedback and ease-of-use in mind. The new design allows for the removal of parts, making the unit quick to set up and easy to fold and close, but its compactness and weight of 28kg also makes it a good choice for those looking for a podium that is quick to transport on and off site.
With a self-closing safety gate and guardrail, the BoSS QuickPod offers 360° protection to allow users to work facing any direction. For additional safety and manoeuvrability, the podium has double-braked wheels.
The BoSS QuickPod is currently available with a platform height of 1m, with a 1.5m version to follow next year. With folded dimensions of 1.94m x 0.85m x 0.27m, the podium also offers a platform dimension of 0.55m x 0.59m and a standard working load of 150kg.
