Trime UK has returned from the Executive Hire Show having enjoyed the opportunity to exhibit a wide range of equipment - including some exciting new developments...

The company's research and development teams have advanced Trime's product range and cemented its place as a foremost supplier in the manufacture of renewable lighting towers. This is best encapsulated with the X-HYDRO lighting tower, which can be powered exclusively by hydrogen.

Also at the CBS Arena was Trime’s MGTP 24000/30 THS, a hybrid (solar/battery) generator. This unit has gone on to revolutionise the way temporary power is delivered to the construction and outside events industries. The MGTP 24000/30 THS features a Stage 5 engine with the latest lithium batteries, inverters and solar panels. When in battery mode, the MGTP 24000/30 THS delivers 24kVA continuous power with zero emissions, zero fuel consumption and zero noise.

Trime also showcased the 6.0kVA TG 6000 SSY air-cooled, single-phase set, featuring a Yanmar electric start diesel engine (Stage 5) which is HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel approved, together with a fully bunded base to guard against leakages and spillages.

The company also displayed the ‘Welfare Ready’ MGTP 6000 SLA 6kVA generator. This new set features a Kohler electric start diesel engine accredited to Stage 5 regulations, and enabled to run on sustainable HVO.

Commenting on the Executive Hire Show, Paul Hay, Trime’s MD, said, “We had a great two days. Our stand was busy throughout the show. There was keen interest in the X-HYDRO, and we are now working hard to bring this product into the marketplace.”

Trime equipment is manufactured in Italy, and Trime UK is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Aside from power generation and lighting equipment, Trime also produces plant wash bays, dust suppression machinery and a range of site security towers.
