Builders' merchant Travis Perkins is relocating to a larger, more modern site in Corby, and is launching a hire service at the branch for the first time.

TP's now nine-strong team will operate the 1.5-acre branch, which will offer more stock, specialist expertise and access to a comprehensive range of hire equipment. The relocated branch will feature a Travis Perkins Hire for the first time - it also offers an array of specialised services, including a brick library, a landscaping display, an estimating service, a click-and-collect service and next day delivery.

“Our relocation in Corby represents a significant development in the local construction community," said Regional Director Billy Hadkiss. “By moving to a much larger, purpose-built site, we can expand our offering. Bringing Travis Perkins Hire to Corby for the first time, alongside our existing services, means we can truly serve as a one-stop shop for our customers' every need.”

While Corby Branch Manager Stacey Ward-Murray added: “The team has been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to prepare this fantastic new site. We are delighted to double the size of the team to 9, who can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors moving forward."

As part of the opening, Travis Perkins donated £1000 to the Alzheimer’s Society, the business’ chosen charity.
