Working alongside Belfast City Council, Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland has helped deliver the temporary infrastructure that supported one of the world's largest celebrations of Irish music - 'Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026.
Indeed, the company provided temporary electrical installations, power distribution, lighting towers, barriers & fencing, access solutions, temporary roadway systems, plant equipment and fuel management across multiple locations.
The Fleadh, as it is known, took place alongside a wider programme of events throughout the city. During the same period, Sunbelt supported a number of arts festivals and events across Belfast, providing infrastructure for temporary visitor accommodation and temporary power for the Continental Markets.
"More than 1.6 million people came to Belfast for an incredible celebration of music and culture, and we’re proud to have played our part. Our role was to be the team behind the team, working alongside Belfast City Council to provide the infrastructure that helped bring the Fleadh to life across the city," said Sunbelt Rentals MD Paul Tumilty.
