Sunbelt has expanded its large-power offering, with an investment in Cummins-powered 1250kVA generators from BGG - and strengthening its ability to support multi-megawatt temporary power requirements across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The investment adds greater capacity to Sunbelt's power fleet. Combined with its high-voltage infrastructure and engineering expertise, the 1250kVA units form part of larger temporary power systems designed around the operational requirements of transmissions, infrastructure, data centres and critical projects.

“We're seeing the power requirements of the projects our customers are delivering continue to evolve, particularly where grid availability, resilience and the scale of energy required create additional complexity, " said Executive Managing Director Chris Dempsey. "Adding the Cummins 1250kVA generators strengthens the options available to our customers when a multi-megawatt or HV solution is required. Combined with our engineering expertise and national support network, it strengthens our ability to deliver power for every challenge, from initial design through to operation.”
