The recently launched Snorkel S9043RT rough terrain scissor lift reaches to 13.1m maximum platform height - 15.1m max working height - and features a Kubota diesel engine supplying sufficient grunt to power through tough jobsite conditions.

Four-wheel drive is a given, of course, as are 13 x 36 foam filled tyres providig the grip. Other standard features include an extendable deck, ranging from 3.95m x 2.28m when stowed to an impressive 4.95m x 2.28 at full width. The new machine also has saloon-style entry gates and a swing-out engine tray, with ground clearance of 274mm and a maximum platform capacity of 680kg. Raise and lowering times are 50 and 45 seconds, respectively, while the machine can be driven at 0.8km/h at height or 6.7km/h when stowed. The S9043RT weighs 7500kg without outriggers, or 8147kg with. Optional features include dual fuel compatibility, special paint colours, a cold weather pack, four auto-levelling hydraulic stabilisers and a 12kW generator package.
