Prolectric has introduced the ProRXM Solar Hybrid Lighting Tower and will be launching the new product at The Executive Hire Show.
The space efficient solar hybrid ProRXM lighting tower is designed for a trackside work or tight roadside spaces, and operates year-round as a like-for-like replacement to diesel-powered alternatives.
The ProRXM Hybrid has four multi-directional 180W LED lights, which can be dimmed, monitored and scheduled remotely. As a solar-first solution, the unit offers users peace of mind with the back- up option of a traditional diesel power. The autonomous and efficient 2.8kW DC engine utilises 0.5 litres per hour. It is also fully powered from three 270W solar panels with 8kWh of usable battery bank storage. The generator starts up automatically after the battery is discharged.
The ProRXM can be controlled locally using its touchscreen controller, or remotely via a web portal. Useful performance metrics and in-depth fuel, carbon and cost savings reports are available too.
The ProRXM Hybrid forms part of Prolectric’s family of solar lighting towers, alongside its 100% solar ProRXM, the ProTemp and the ProLight.
