Bobcat launches the R-Series range of versatile Stage V compliant machinery, comprising the S66 and S76 skid-steer loaders and the T66 and T76 compact track loaders.

Good things can come in small-ish packages. To which end, performance and comfort are improved in comparison to previous equipment, with longer wheelbases and track footprints rounding out a pleasingly chunky form factor. Meanwhile, efficient hydraulics provide class-leading push and breakout forces and increased lift capacity.

The new T66 and T76 loaders have solid undercarriages as standard, but can be equipped with optional 5-Link Torsion suspension. Stability is likewise enhanced with an optional Auto Ride Control feature, which reduces material spillage and offers a smoother ride.

All R-Series machines have a fully enclosed one-piece cab, with HVAC, a 5-inch display and LED lighting. Available options include a Clear-Side cab, which has mesh-free side screens to aid visibility, a rear-view camera that connects to both the standard 5-inch and the optional 7-inch touch display. The standard suspension seat can be replaced with a cloth heated air-ride seat option.

In terms of those vital statistics, the S66 weighs 3271kg with a tipping load of 2359kg, while its skid-steer sibling the S76 weighs 4038kg and has a tipping load of 2722kg. The T66 compact track loader weighs 4296kg and has a tipping load of 3175kg, and biggest of all, the T76, tips the scales at 4898kg with a tipping load of 4050kg..
