MCS Rental Software has updated its customer portal, with a new contract management view designed to make it easier for customers to find, track and manage their rental information.

Customers previously searched for contract information within individual areas of the portal, but there was no central location to view all contracts, their progress and current status. The new update introduces a dedicated contract view, giving customers a complete overview of their rental activity.

The new portal allows users to quickly search and filter contracts by key details, including contract status, purchase order number, start date, postcode and equipment details - they can see whether equipment is currently on hire, completed, booked or not yet returned, providing greater visibility over their rental operations.

Designed with customer experience in mind, the updated portal provides a clearer and more user-friendly way to access important rental information. Customers can view general job details, equipment specifications and contract progress, without displaying sensitive financial information. Once invoicing is complete, contracts will automatically move to a completed status, giving customers a clearer view of their rental journey from start to finish.
