JCB has launched a new website to help customers order genuine parts quickly and conveniently - keeping machines working and minimising costly downtime.
The new platform live right now, providing customers with anytime access to genuine JCB components backed by the company’s global dealer network.
“JCB Parts Online has been created to make sourcing genuine parts more convenient. The platform offers components from across the full JCB equipment range, accessed exactly when and where customers need them. Ordered direct they are supplied and supported by the local dealers that our customers know they can depend on," explained JCB Parts and Attachments General Manager - Product and Marketing, Tania Tams.
JCB Parts Online has been designed around convenience and efficiency – placing orders out of hours, securing parts quickly and having them delivered wherever customers need. From launch, more than 1,200 of the most frequently demanded part numbers are available to UK customers, with this range set to grow rapidly throughout 2026.
Customers can search using serial numbers or specific part numbers, to confirm the correct component for their machine. Parts identification is simple and customers can order anytime, from any devicerder - orders are then fulfilled by JCB’s dealer network. Click and collect can be arranged from a local dealer, or parts can be delivered direct to the customer. There are same and next day collection options, or standard and next day delivery options.
Customers looking to purchase genuine JCB parts can register for an account and order instantly. It is simple to find a local dealer for advice, pay securely online (by card or via a dealer credit account) and track orders once placed. Customers can also speak to JCB’s dedicated UK call centre for advice and support.
