Husqvarna has enhanced its popular K 770 power cutter range, with an upgraded engine that delivers increased power without higher fuel consumption. The update applies across the K 770, K 770 OilGuard, K 770 Rescue, K 770 Dry Cut and K 770 SmartGuard models.

A key benefit of the new engine is a 25% reduction in operational hydrocarbon emissions compared with the previous K 770 version, supporting cleaner operation - particularly in confined working environments.

Designed for construction, infrastructure and rescue applications, the K 770 combines high productivity with operator comfort. Its lightweight, compact design, low vibration levels and reliable starting characteristics help reduce fatigue during demanding use, while the semi-automatic 'SmartTension' system ensures optimal power transmission, minimises belt wear and extends belt life.

Additional features include Husqvarna’s Active Air Filtration system and 'DuraStarter' technology for longer service intervals, a heavy-duty cutting arm for durability and a wet-cutting kit that delivers effective dust control while reducing water consumption.
