HIMOINSA is adding to its range of EHR battery energy storage and distribution systems, with the launch of the new 130kWh EHR 90/130.
The EHR 90/130 incorporates numerous technological features that increase its performance and ensure ease of use:
- Increased storage capacity: 130 kWh thanks to its 36 LFP (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer a service life of up to 50,000 hours and more than 6,000 cycles at 90% DoD, which means up to 15 years of useful life.
- New inverters: 6 inverters with up to 200% overload capacity for electric motor starters.
- Independent and dedicated access to control and monitoring devices with a door at the rear of the equipment.
- Full connectivity: Integration with the C4Cloud platform, allowing remote monitoring and management of all operating parameters.
- Control and power panel, with a doubled input capacity of 200A from the grid or generator set, with the option of connection to busbars or Powerlocks, allowing a safe and quick installation, thanks to the electrical protections for both input and output use. Auxiliary power supply bases are also available.
- Optional automatic bypass throughout the range: In the event of a failure, the HICORE system automatically transfers the load from the grid or generator set to the output, guaranteeing an uninterrupted supply.
“The new EHR is undoubtedly another step in our development plan for electrified energy solutions, which we intend to continue developing until we reach 2MW of power," explained Christopher Autey, HIMOINSA's Global Product Manager for Battery Driven Solutions. "In addition to this new model that we are presenting, we can say that we are already working on the development of the next prototype, the EHR 300/600, which will represent a great leap forward in terms of power and storage capacity," he adds. An evolution that reflects the company's commitment to developing equipment that optimises operational efficiency and reduces emissions."
The 'HICORE' smart management system, developed by HIMOINSA, is the core of the EHR, offering advanced energy management. This system automatically selects the most efficient energy source according to demand, optimising performance and reducing consumption.
Thanks to its Plug&Play mode, initial setup is quick and connectivity via C4Cloud ensures full control from any device, with immediate access to performance reports, alerts and energy efficiency analysis. This monitoring capability not only improves operational efficiency but also reduces downtime and optimises maintenance planning, resulting in increased profitability and lower total cost of ownership.
Himoinsa will of course be at Bauma next week, where the EHR 90/130 will surely be taking pride of place.
