Hilti is broadening its portfolio by extending its popular Nuron battery platform, with a new lineup of more than 60 products for heavy-duty applications.

The expanded range extends cordless capabilities into areas once considered beyond the
reach of battery-powered tools. “With this launch, we are equipping construction professionals
for the heaviest-duty applications - which have traditionally been dominated by corded and gas-powered tools. We are increasing customer productivity while also taking comfort and safety
on the jobsite into account,” explained Thomas Hillbrand, member of the Hilti Executive Board.

Meanwhile, Hilti is adding over 60 new tools to its Nuron platform, with exciting additions in breaking, concrete and wood cutting, and soil compaction - a pair of new battery plate compactors being an absolute first for the company. Meanwhile, amongst many other tools unveiled at Hilti's recent 'Unboxed2025' demo event in Germany, a battery version of its TE 3000 breaker (below) will also be of much interest to hirers.

Thanks to advanced engineering, the new batteries provide a higher power output and increased capacity. They also charge faster, helping achieve up to 25 percent greater efficiency on-site than before.

The new tools also include Hilti safety and comfort features, such as vibration reduction, anti-kickback functionality and integrated dust control, improving safety and user comfort.

The new range of tools complements the existing 120+ tools, batteries and chargers
already on the Nuron platform. Nuron itself is a cloud-connected 22-volt power tool battery platform that unifies a wide range of tools in a single ecosystem.

Now with a wider portfolio of cordless, corded and gas-powered tools, Hilti provides contractors with power and flexibility, enabling professionals to choose the right  tool for the right task, which is especially important for heavy-duty operations.
