Executive Hire Show 2027 has announced that Hall 1 and the Atrium at the CBS Arena are now completely sold out, with additional exhibition space opening in Hall 3 to accommodate further demand.

Taking place on 10–11 February 2027 at the CBS Arena in Coventry, the 20th anniversary edition of the UK's leading exhibition for the hire industry is already attracting an impressive 158 exhibiting companies, making it one of the strongest shows in its history.

The rapid sell-out of Hall 1 and the Atrium underlines the continued importance of Executive Hire Show as the key annual meeting place for the UK hire industry, bringing together leading manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and professional hirers.

To meet demand and provide further opportunities for companies wishing to participate, the organisers have opened Hall 3 – also known as 'The Anniversary Hub'.

This dedicated exhibition area offers a fresh environment for exhibitors, with all stands provided on a professional shell scheme basis and a range of additional visitor attractions designed to encourage footfall, engagement and networking.

Hall 3 will also host a dedicated, free-to-attend conference programme, featuring guest speakers and industry presentations, while vetted visitors arriving before midday can enjoy complimentary breakfast and coffee.
