Sinoboom has announced that the first units to roll out of its brand-new factory in Poland have now arrived at its European base near Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
Sinoboom's new factory in Poznan, western Poland, represents a milestone in Sinoboom’s strategy to provide high-quality products and services with a localised focus. The new 20,000sqm facility features fully automated assembly lines producing equipment such as electric slab and rough-terrain scissor lifts, articulating and telescopic boom lifts, and other MEWP products to meet market demand. It has an annual production capacity of 20,000 units.
Speaking of the new factory, CEO of Sinoboom BV CEO Tim Whiteman said: “This demonstrates the determination and commitment of the Sinoboom group to become a permanent and integrated part of the European market. We have many more exciting developments on the way!”
Meanwhile, this is probably good news for UK customers, whose Sinoboom requirements are capably met by Pinnacle Platforms. The company has always provided a prompt service, but having a production facility practically on its doorstep must be an additional advantage.
