CNH Industrial, the parent company of CASE Construction Equipment, has announced an agreement to immediately purchase 90% of the capital stock of Sampierana SpA - a privately-owned Italian company which specialises in the development and manufacture of earthmoving machinery.
Well known for its range of stylish 'Eurocomach' excavators, Sampierana has recorded excellent performance year-over-year. The acquisition will enable CASE to integrate Eurocomach mini and midi excavators, Sampierana undercarriages and spare parts into its current product portfolio.

Sampierana is based in Italy, with further production facilities in Kunshan, China. CNH hopes to obtain 100% control of the company within the next four years.
