As well as withstanding the punishing temperatures, Bobcat used the recent Hillhead expo to debut the newly enhanced S76-2 R-Series skid-steer and T650 compact track loaders.

The S76-2 and T650 loaders were part of the static display, while the E16 and E19 models were performing in the demonstration area of the stand.

The T650 track loader has been engineered for highly regulated markets across Europe, including the UK and other Stage V regions. Built at the Bobcat plant in the Czechia, it is powered by a 2.4l Bobcat engine delivering 55kW.

The R2-Series 1-2 tonne mini excavators comprise the E16, E17z, E19 and E20z models, offering a 'SmartFlow' load-sensing hydraulic system and a flow-sharing pump powered by an upgraded engine.

The E17z weighs 1712kg and is optimised for transport/operation in confined areas and urban environments. The E19 has an operating weight of 1905kg and is ideal for customers looking for maximum performance in a compact machine.

Other mini excavators on the Bobcat stand included the E27z, E50z and E88 models - the E88 was equipped with the LT120 trencher attachment. The Bobcat stand also featured the E19e electric mini, which features a 3.5-hour battery capacity and can be recharged quickly using a super-fast charger.
