Good news for Aspire Group, which has just made the Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies list. Not only that, the Greater Manchester-based access equipment provider placed 11th!
Aspire Group is one of the UK’s most reputable hire equipment suppliers within the construction sector. To say that the company is enjoying something of a purple patch is perhaps an understatement, with sales growing 220% in the last year alone.
Founded as Aspire Platforms Ltd in July 2018, Aspire quickly built up a strong customer base within the North-West, before scaling up operations with a depot in Yorkshire the following summer. In 2020, Aspire Group was set up as a holding company. Further expansion followed, with the acquisition of London Tower Services (LTS), a longstanding, powered access & tower hire business in the South. A re-brand of LTS followed and a move into a brand-new purpose built ‘mega-depot’ in Rainham, East London.
Aspire has a fleet of over 2000 powered access platforms and alternative low level access products (£12million asset worth) . Over 99% of its equipment is either electric or hybrid.
Due to rapid growth, Aspire has recently moved into its third new headquarters in less than four years. Future expansion in West London and the Midlands, and the creation of more functions at its North-West HQ will see Aspire recruit a further 70-100 employees in the next 12 months.
