Arnold Plant Hire has become the first rental company to invest in a fleet of JCB Teleskids, taking delivery of six 3TS-8W models.
Supplied by Gunn JCB, the investment builds on the Stockport-based firm’s longstanding relationship with JCB, which includes operating the UK’s largest fleet of JCB Teletruks.

The 3TS-8W is apparently the only skid steer with a telescopic boom, offering greater lift height, forward reach and dig depth than any other model in its class. A side-entry cab and single-arm Powerboom provide enhanced operator safety and visibility.
Powered by a 55kW Stage V JCB DieselMAX engine, the Teleskid also includes an upgraded cab, a 7” touchscreen display, rear-view camera, electro-hydraulic bucket levelling and joystick customisation via the 'MyChoice' system.
Arnold Plant Hire operates a fleet of more than 500 machines and has over 30 years’ experience supplying equipment to the waste and recycling industry. The new Teleskids are now available for hire across the UK.
