Scheduled for launch in April, DeWalt is introducing two XR cordless impact drivers with brushless motors, which are claimed to give increased running time, greater performance and longer working life.

The 14.4V DCF825L2 and the 18V DCF895L2 are both available with or without Li-ion 3.0Ah batteries, chargers and cases. They incorporate a flush, front-embedded bit grip for faster loading and to give compact dimensions, and LED lights are fitted to provide illumination when working in poorly lit situations.

The tools have three speed settings of 950, 1900 and 2850rpm, along with a variable speed trigger, to enable the user to optimise operation for different applications. For more information visit www.dewalt.co.uk
