Rose Access Solutions, a hirer of compact tracked spider lifts based in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, has been steadily expanding its fleet since it was founded just over a year ago by Director Gary Rose. The business specialises in supplying Teupen Leo machines, sourced through UK distributor Range Equipment, and it now offers models with maximum working heights of 13, 15, 18, 23 and 30m.
“The Teupens are reliable, lightweight and can reach areas where other machines cannot,” said Gary, who previously worked with Lavendon. “They go through doorways and can be used for work on floating floors and other sensitive surfaces. Tree surgeons also hire them for work in parks and gardens with restricted access. This is a good niche market and we are currently supplying machines all over Scotland.”
Gary is pictured with one of Rose Access’ fleet of Leo 13GT machines at a recent open day held by Palmaris Plant Hire at its Aberdeen depot. Both hirers occasionally re-hire from each other. EHN will report on the event in our September issue.
