ArcGen Hilta has appointed Phil Winnington as its new Commercial Director. The role has been created to oversee commercial operations and strategic focus, whilst supporting the company’s growing presence in key industries and targeted international markets.

Phil is pictured, right, with CEO Mark Hodgkins, who said, “Through acquisitions and export growth, ArcGen Hilta is experiencing considerable expansion. This appointment is crucial to ensuring our company maintains its pace of development at the forefront of the on-site power industry, and we are delighted to have somebody with as much experience as Phil to take on this role.”

Phil has over 13 years business development experience and joins ArcGen Hilta from Seddons (Plant & Engineers) Ltd, where he was Sales and Marketing Director.
